Refund & Returns Policy – Untamed Style

At Untamed Style, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us in advance. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
